General dentistry is complete dental services for children and adults. Also called family dentistry, general dentistry provides dentistry for children, teens and adults ranging from oral hygiene care and prevention to treatments and tooth restorations. Routine checkups are an important part of your oral health care. Everyone should have dental checkups once every six months to ensure good oral health and allow the dentist to identify problems as early as possible.

At our dental office, our dentists provide preventative care to fight oral health problems before they start. Preventative treatment includes regular checkups with professional dental cleaning. Fluoride treatments during cleaning procedures strengthen tooth enamel and protect against the formation of cavities. Dental sealants for children and adults help to block food particles and bacteria from the uneven surfaces of the teeth. Routine checkups allow the dentist to catch problems early and treat them before they become more serious.

The services we provide include treatment for gum disease, dental fillings, tooth extractions including wisdom tooth extractions, treatment for TMJ disorder, root canal treatment, mouthguards and nightguards. Our state-of-the-art technology and highly trained staff ensure comfortable treatments that are performed efficiently.

We also provide cosmetic dental services including teeth whitening, veneers and bonding to give you a beautiful smile. Restorative services that also provide cosmetic benefits include replacements for missing teeth and the rebuilding of broken or damaged teeth. Dental crowns rebuild teeth and restore them to full function and health. Missing teeth or teeth that require extraction can be replaced with dentures, partial dentures, fixed bridges or dental implants.

If you have a dental emergency, we can help. If you chip or crack a tooth in an accident or if a tooth is knocked out completely, you must act fast. Rinse your mouth with warm water and get to our office as soon as possible. If a complete tooth has come out, rinse it in water and put it in a container of milk to bring it to the office.

You can call us anytime with any questions you have. We can set up a consultation appointment or first exam at your convenience.
